LEBANON, Pa. - The Juniata women's cross country team participated in their first 5k race of the 2022 season in the Lebanon Valley College-hosted Dutchmen Invitational.

Rebecca Christophel logged a time of 22:58.3, averaging 4:36 per kilometer, which was a personal best, to finish 116th out of 201 competitors in her first 5k event for Juniata. 

The Juniata women's cross country team returns to action Saturday, September 24, for the Lock Haven University Invite. The event will be six kilometers, with Christophel looking to beat a personal-best time of 29:16.1 set in the 2021 DeSales Invitational.
