SELINSGROVE, Pa.- The Juniata women's track and field team logged their final marks before Landmark Championships at the Susquehanna Tuneup on Saturday. Ashley Alfree set personal records in the 60-meter dash and the pole vault, while Olivia Barbacci set a personal record in the 60-meter dash. 

Juniata competed in a pair of track events and a pair of field events on the day. 

The Eagles raced in the 60-meter dash and the 200-meter dash. 

Olivia Barbacci and Ashley Alfree each logged a time in the 60-meter dash, as Barbacci posted a time of 8.65 to finish in 14th of the 33 competing. It's a personal record for Barbacci, who reduced her first 60-meter time of 8.84 set at the Mini-Dip Invitational at Franklin & Marshall in January. Alfree finished in 9.10 for a 27th-place showing. She reduces 0.42 seconds off her previous best set at the Mini-Dip Invitational.  

Barbacci also ran in the 200-meter event finishing in 11th place with a time of 28.60. It's her first 200-meter time as an Eagle.  

Juniata competed in two field events, including the pole vault and the high jump.  

Barbacci led the Eagles in the pole vault with a mark of 2.75 meters on her first attempt for a 12th-place showing. Alfree followed in a tie for 19th at 2.45 meters. It's a new personal record for Alfree, who previously jumped 2.44 meters at the Moravian University Indoor Meet at Lehigh University in January. 

Alfree was unable to pass 1.37 meters on her three attempts at the high jump. 

The Juniata women's track and field team wraps up the indoor track and field slate next Saturday at the Landmark Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships next Saturday, February 25th.
