HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Eagles lost 9-0 against Drew Saturday at Raffensperger Tennis Courts.
In doubles play, Maggie Ackley (Clearville, Pa. / Grier School) and Jamie Mahigel (Lewistown, Pa. / Mifflin County) lost 8-0 in first doubles, in second doubles Lana Dumnich (Dallastown, Pa. / Dallastown Area) and Marilyn Ogof (Lake Ariel, Pa. / Western Wayne) lost 8-1 while Shannon Snyder (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Cumberland Valley) and Payton Kough (Fayetteville, Pa. / Chambersburg Career Magnet) lost 8-0 in third doubles.
The Eagles' misfortune continued in sinlges play. Ackley lost 6-0, 6-0 in first singles as Mahigel lost 6-0, 6-0 in second singles. In third singles Ogof lost 6-0, 6-1 while Dumnich lost 6-2, 7-5 in fourth singles. Snyder lost 6-0, 6-0 in fifth singles and Kough lost 6-0, 6-0 in sixth singles.
The Eagles travel to Susquehanna Wednesday, April 13 for a 4:00 pm start.
