TOWSON, Md. – Juniata College women's soccer senior Paula Pryor (Westbrookville, N.Y./Burke Catholic) has earned Landmark Conference Player of the Week honors, the league announced Monday. Pryor scored the game-winning goal in Juniata's 3-0 victory over Drew University last Saturday.
"Paula had the game winner against Drew and the game winner against Susquehanna," said head coach Scott McKenzie. "She has ended the season really showing her colors as a premier offensive threat within the conference."
Pryor scored the final goal of the night in Juniata's 6-1 win over Penn State-Altoona, last Tuesday. She had an assist in the match with Drew to go along with her game winner. The goal against the Rangers tied her for most goals in the league with 15 and she stands alone atop the conference standing for total points with 37.
The Eagles will host Drew this Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 2:30 p.m., in a Landmark semi-final match on Winton Hill Field.
