She eclipsed 100 career goals this season and moved past Talia Bertrando '22 for the program's most career goals and points, ending the season with 165 career goals and 187 career points. She passed Andrea Insalaco '22 for Juniata's career ground balls record, ending the year with 131 total. She also moved ahead of Mina Wilt '20 for Juniata's caused turnover record, ending her junior year with 103. Gibbs set the single-game program record for goals (9) and points (10) in the Eagles' victory over Goucher.

Maeve Kuser lands on the First Team for the first time in her career following her selection to the Second Team last season. The defender stood atop the Landmark Conference in ground balls per game (3.47) and second in caused turnovers per game (2.71). She totaled 59 ground balls, 46 caused turnovers, and a goal. She set a new single-season program record for ground balls, passing Grace Gibbs' 56 in 2022.

Chloe Gerhard follows up First-Team selection in 2022 with a spot on the Landmark's Second Team in 2023. Gerhard posted the conference's third-best save percentage (.479), and was fourth in goals against average (9.12) and saves per game (7.75). She ends her four years at Juniata with the program's best goals against average (9.12), second-best save percentage (.463), and second-most saves (306).

Peyton Goodrich earned her first All-Conference spot as a midfielder for the Landmark Conference's Second Team. Goodrich tied Gibbs for third in the conference in goals per game (3.82) and was seventh in the conference in points per game (4.35). She was also sixth in caused turnovers per game (1.59), seventh in draw controls per game (4.18), and eighth in ground balls per game (2.47). Goodrich totaled 65 goals, nine assists, 42 ground balls, 71 draw controls, and 27 caused turnovers. She scored both her 100th career goal and 100th career point this season.
