Eagles Finish the Season at Day Two of Landmark Champs

SILVER SPRING, Md.- The Landmark Women's Golf Championships concluded on Sunday with round two of play at Northwest Golf Course, hosted by Catholic.

After tying for 26th on day one, Claire Crytzer (Freeport, Pa.) improved by eight strokes in her second round, shooting a 108 and finishing 25th in the tournament. Her fellow senior Ellie Miller (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Mechanicsburg) finished just behind her in 26th, shooting a 119 on the day to have her total score of 226 come up only two over Crytzer's 224. Freshman Sandy Milby (Shelocta, Pa.) matched her score from round one, shooting another 129 for a total of 258, earning her 29th for the tournament.

This marks the end of the season for the golf team, with the men's season having finished last weekend. Both rosters will now turn their attention toward preparing for the 2022-23 season and welcoming new golfers to the team.
