ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.- The Juniata men's track and field team compete in their final meet ahead of next week's Landmark Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the Blue Jay Tune-Pp on Saturday. The Eagles had several strong performances, highlighted by Colson Lewis winning a 100-meter event for the third time this outdoor season.

Lewis posted a 10.91 in both the preliminaries and the final, besting 35 other sprinters attempting the event. Isaiah Huffstutler also had a strong showing in his outdoor 100-meter debut, finishing ninth with a time of 11.50.

Walters placed fourth in the javelin throw with a mark of 46.90 meters. Gavin Robb finished one spot behind with a mark of 45.37 meters, setting a new personal record in the process. This beats his collegiate debut mark of 41.60 meters, set at Shippensburg earlier this month.

Robb also earned points in the pole vault, tying for fifth with a mark of 3.55 meters on his first attempt. Sean Buckley finished in eighth place, also surpassing 3.55 meters, on his third attempt.

Juniata's distance duo of Max Scott and Ellis Kline both achieved personal records and earned points for the team in the 5000 meters. Scott earned second place with a time of 16:52.12. His previous best time was 17:24.03, set at the 2021 River Hawks Classic at Susquehanna. Kline finished in fifth place with a time of 17:04.32. His previous best time was 17:32.60, set last week at Gettysburg's Mason-Dixon Classic.

The 4X100 meter relay team of Lincoln Riddle, Lewis, Caleb Massare, and Isaiah Huffstutler earned third place with a time of 43.95.

Robb, Kline, Scott, and Secco earned sixth in the team's first 4X400 meter race this season with a time of 4:09.87.

Massare attempted the long jump but was unable to set a mark.
