SHIPPENSBURG, Pa.- The Juniata men's track & field team competed in their final regular season meet on Saturday, competing in the Paul Kaiser Invitational at Shippensburg, in preparation for the Landmark Championships on May 8^th and 9^th.

The throwing duo of Brenden Nauman (Myerstown, Pa. / ELCO) and Barrett Walters (Mifflintown, Pa. / Juniata) both competed in multiple events on the day. They began the day with the Hammer Throw, where Walters placed 15^th with a distance of 39.92m, while Nauman was 25^th at 30.62m. Walters then placed 20^th in the Discus Throw with a best mark of 34.22m. He finished his day with the Javelin, where he finished in 8^th place with a distance of 49.52m.

Turning to the track, the day began with Zion Gomez (Chesapeake, Va. / Grassfield) placing 42^nd in the 100 Meters with a time of 11.87 seconds. Gomez also ran in the 200 Meters, along with Andrew Donlan (Altoona, Pa. / Altoona Area) and Ari Tendo (Ottawa, Canada / Beaconsfield (Quebec)). Donlan was 30^th with a time of 23.87 seconds, while Tendo was 42^nd at 24.47 seconds and Gomez was 45^th at 24.66 seconds. Donlan and Tendo both competed in the 400 Meters, alongside Thomas Cope (Fogelsville, Pa. / Allentown Central Catholic). Donlan finished 32^nd in the 400 with a time of 54.12 seconds, Tendo placed 37^th at 57.01 seconds, and Cope was 40^th at 59.60 seconds. Cope was the sole Juniata runner in the 800 Meters, where he placed 55^th with a time of 2:19.73. The four then teamed up to compete in the 4x100 Meter Relay, finishing 10^th with a time of 46.46 seconds.
