HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata men's tennis team fell, 9-0 to visiting Drew University this afternoon.
Abinav Vadivelou and Anatole Lutun (Fismes, France / HEI Lille) were the first doubles match to finish at third doubles. The team fell, 8-0. The second doubles team was next to finish. Ezenna Emuka (Houston, Texas / William B. Travis HS) and Keisuke Maeda (Tokyo, Japan / Nihon University) fell, 8-0. William Michelson (Old Mystic, Conn. / Stonington) and Jackson Burnell (Bedford, Texas / L.D. Bell HS) were narrowly edged, 8-6 at first doubles.
Vadivelou fell, 6-0, 6-0 at third singles, Michelson fell, 6-0, 6-0 at first singles, and Burnell fell, 6-0, 6-1 at second singles. Maeda fell, 6-0, 6-0 at fourth singles, Emuka fell, 6-0, 6-0 at fifth singles, and Lutun fell, 6-1, 6-2 at sixth singles.
The Eagles will host Susquehanna this Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
