    TOWSON, Md.- The Landmark Conference announced its Men’s Tennis awards on Wednesday. Juniata was represented by senior Bryan Gregory (Glen Mills, Pa./Garnet Valley) and freshman Owen Grafe (Newton, Mass./Newton North) as they were named to the Second Team in doubles play.
  • Juniata Denied By Goucher In Landmark Championship 5-2

    TOWSON, Md.- After a loss to Goucher earlier this season, the Juniata men’s tennis team knew that they would see the Gophers again. The rematch took place in the Landmark Conference Championship on Sunday afternoon. Exacting some revenge on their loss to the Eagles in last year’s championship, Goucher came out on top with a 5-2 victory to clinch their first conference title in the program’s history.
  • Men’s Tennis Defeats Catholic 5-0 in Landmark Semifinals

    ALTOONA, Pa.- The Juniata men’s tennis team hosted Catholic at the Summit Tennis & Athletic Club in the Landmark Tournament Semifinals on Wednesday afternoon. The Eagles won all three matches in doubles play and need just two wins in singles to defeat the Cardinals 5-0 and advance to the Landmark Championship match for the third straight year.

    HUNTINGDON, Pa.- This past Saturday, ground was broken for the new Winton Hill Athletic Complex which will open this coming September. The $3.5 million construction project will create a new soccer and lacrosse field and stadium complex, as well as six tennis courts, locker rooms, and a press box.

The Eagles showed no signs of weariness as they easily defeated Merchant Marine 9-0 on Sunday afternoon at Raffensberger Court. This was coming off a 9-0 victory over Drew on Saturday.

    TOWSON, Md.- Prior to today, the Juniata men’s tennis team had not lost a regular season conference match in three years. That impressive streak ended as Goucher defeated the Eagles by the score of 6-3. It was the first time the two teams have played each other since Juniata’s 5-3 win over the Gopher’s in last season’s Landmark Championship.
