TOWSON, Md. – Juniata College men's tennis senior Justin Wisniewski (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) has earned Landmark Conference Player of the Week honors, the league announced this afternoon. Wisniewski won all five of his No. 2 singles matches last week to help the Eagles improve to 13-0 on the season. In fact, Wisniewski has yet to drop a singles match since the beginning of dual match play on March 9.

"Justin is doing well," said head coach Jason Cohen. "He's continued to play his unique style of tennis, which is not always the prettiest, but obviously it creates results and frustrates his opponents. He's played pretty well overall."

Paired with sophomore Bryan Gregory (Glen Mills, Pa./Garnet Valley), Wisniewski is 14-6 in doubles play, 10-3 when competing in dual match competition, has won seven of the last 10 matches and won four of the five matches in the last week.

"Justin's unique skill set matches up well with Bryan's," added Cohen. "They've been able to form a pretty good partnership. In terms of playing style, it's not textbook attacking doubles, but they understand what they are doing together and they work well as a team. They are able make things happen out on the court."

The Eagles will take on Susquehanna University at home this Wednesday, April 9, at 3:30 p.m. on Raffensperger Tennis Courts.
