HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata men's lacrosse team fell to visiting Saint Vincent, 15-4, on a windy Wednesday afternoon at Gibbel Stadium.
The Bearcats tallied three goals in the opening quarter as they outshot JC 16-2.
The second quarter was much tighter in the shooting numbers as Juniata managed ten shots on frame to the Bearcats 12. St. Vincent tallied the first four goals of the second quarter, but with four minutes and 32 seconds to go in the half, the Eagles found their first goal. Kolton Black (Mount Airy, Md. / South Carroll) came flying down the right side, eluded several defenders, and fired a shot past the keeper. A minute and a half later, Jack M Loucks (Toronto, Canada / Minden) scored off a nice pass from Jacob Wallman (Arbutus, Md. / Western Tech) to cut the deficit to five, heading into the halftime break.
