Eagles Place Third in Final Match Before Landmark Championships

HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa.- The men's golf team traveled to Scotch Valley Country Club on Wednesday to compete in the Sideline Cancer College-Am hosted by Penn State Altoona. The team placed third on the day, with a combined score of 338.

Kamden Clapper (Osterburg, Pa. / Chestnut Ridge) tied for seventh place with a score of 80, while Caden Hendrickson (Harrisburg, Pa.) came in just behind, tied for tenth place with his score of 81. Connor Krisko (Elizabethtown, Pa.) was 14th with his score of 88, while Jake Matchock (Ramey, Pa. / Moshannon Valley) and Colby Starr (Mercersburg, Pa.) tied for 17th with their scores of 92 each. Luke Boyle (Brick, N.J.) placed 19th with a score of 108.

The Eagles will now turn their attention to the weekend, as they head to Maryland for the two-day Landmark Conference Championships, hosted by Goucher at Woodholme Country Club.
