WASHINGTON, Pa.- The Juniata field hockey team traveled to Washington and Jefferson to take on the Presidents in a mid-week night game at Cameron Stadium. The Eagles were able to keep the scoreboard blank until the near end of the third quarter as the Presidents snuck a goal past goalie Brittney McMullen (Shade Gap, Pa. / Southern Huntingdon) off of a penalty corner. 

McMullen racked up five saves on the night, pushing her to 26 saves on the season. Lillian Case (Reading, Pa / Wilson High School) and Hanne Scheel (Furlong, Pa. / Central Bucks West High School) were both aggressive on the frame for the Eagles, each having two shots on the night. 

The Juniata field hockey team will wrap up the regular season on Saturday, October 30th, at Catholic to play against the Cardinals at 1:00 pm.
