HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata men's soccer team played the visiting Hood Blazers to a 1-1 Draw, Tuesday evening at Gibbel Stadium.
Three and half minutes in, the Blazers broke through as the broke through the Eagle defense and the Hood forward curled the ball into the far corner.
10 minutes later, the Eagles equalized as Jason Novosel (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Avonworth) tapped a loose ball in the box to Joe Stipe (Lititz, Pa. / Warwick) who smashed it into the top left corner.

Hood held a 6-4 edge in shots in the first half.
Midway through the second half, Mark Wolf (Lebanon, Pa. / Cedar Crest) played a ball from the midfield diagonally to Jacob Grove (Harrisburg, Pa. / Central Dauphin HS) but his header went wide of the mark.
Three minutes from the end of regulation, a loose ball bounced to Dain Shirmer (Eliottsburg, Pa. / West Perry) and he blasted a shot over the goal.
Hood held an 11 shots to seven edge at the end of regulation.
In the first overtime, a long throw from Wolf bounced through a crowd at the near post before the keeper managed to catch the loose ball.
In the second overtime, with a little over two minutes to go, Wyatt Page (King of Prussia, Pa. / Shipley) volleyed a ball from just outside the box that went just outside the near post.
The Blazers held a 14-10 edge in shots and a 9-3 edge in corners.
The Eagles will travel to Moravian to start conference play, Saturday at 1:00.
