NSCAA Recognizes Men's Soccer for Academic Achievement

Kansas City, Mo. - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America announced the 2015-16 College Team Academic Award winners on Oct. 6. On the list was Juniata College's men's soccer team for their cumulative 3.30 GPA throughout 2015-16.

Juniata was one of the 314 men's soccer teams in the nation awarded by the NSCAA for their "exemplary performance in the classroom as a team." To qualify, the team must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher throughout the entire academic year.

Landmark Conference's Catholic University of America (3.24), Drew University (3.16), Goucher College (3.21) and Susquehanna University (3.09) were also awarded for their student-athlete's successes in the classroom.
