Men’s 8,000m Race: 11:00 a.m.
Women’s 6,000m Race: 12:00 p.m.

Entries:
Online entries will be available on DirectAthletics starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, October 23rd. Coaches must submit the forms online by 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 5th. Institutions submitting late entries are subject to a fine of $400 per gender. The deadline for late regional entries is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7th. 

Coaches meeting
A mandatory coaches meeting will be held on Monday, November 6 at 11:00 a.m. A link will be sent to all head coaches, for assistance please contact meet director.
 
Packet Pick-Up:
Packets will be available on Friday, November 10th from 12:00-4:00 p.m. or Saturday, November 11th from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at the finish line tent.
Course maps and descriptions will also be available at pick-up and host representatives will be there to answer any questions about the course.

Practice Schedule:
Practice access to the course is limited to Friday (11/10) and the day of competition (11/11), weather permitting. Practice will be from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The course will then open again on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Timing:
Timing chips will be attached to bibs and must be worn on both front and back in order to be included in race results.

Weather Policy:
If the women's race is suspended before the 2,000-meter mark the event could be restarted after a two-hour delay. If the competition is beyond 2,000-meters a postponement until Sunday would be recommended. 

On the men's side should the event be stopped prior to 3,000-meters the race could start again once a two-hour window has passed. If the race is past 3,000-meters the teams would be advised to come back on Sunday.

Parking:  
Plenty of parking is available on site. A fee of $5 Will be charged upon entry

Athletic Training:
Mike Keeney of Susquehanna University and Rachel Rimmel of Lock Haven University will serve as the Athletic Trainers for the event. Teams with special needs should contact them as soon as possible to make all necessary arrangements.

The Medical tent on-site will be open from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10th and will be supplied with ice and water. On Saturday, it will be open for taping needs from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Athletic trainers will be available on Friday and Saturday in the medical tent. In addition, on Saturday, EMS will be on-site and a physician will be on call for any urgent needs. 

Student-athletes needing taping on race day should go to the medical tent on site with written documentation of their taping needs from their athletic trainer. Each team is responsible for bringing a fully-stocked medical kit along with insurance and emergency contact information.

Results/Sports Information:
All results will be posted live and uploaded to TFRRS following the conclusion of the Men’s Race. Live results will be available at https://www.leonetiming.com/

Entry to meet is free however there will be a fee of $5 per car for parking at the course.
