BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Juniata College women's cross country team traveled to Lehigh University for the Paul Short Invite Saturday but were unable to compete due to hot weather conditions.

For the safety of the student-athletes, the competition was cut short with only a few race groups getting through the course.

Juniata has a bye next week and returns to action at the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 15.
