TOWSON, Md.- Juniata women's volleyball standout Marybeth Weihbrecht (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Cumberland Valley) was named Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week.

On Tuesday, Weihbrecht assisted Juniata in sweeping DII Clarion. On Saturday, the Eagles swept Moravian and Susquehanna in a Landmark Conference tri-match.  In the match against DII Clarion, she had eight kills and hit .500. In the two matches against Susquehanna and Moravian, she recorded 18 kills and added nine blocks. The middle hitter totaled 26 kills, 11 blocks and finished the weekend with a hitting percentage of .543. In 46 total attack attempts, she had just one error.

The Eagles will host Goucher in a conference match on Wednesday, October 3rd at 7:00PM.
