HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The NCAA selection committee released the 64-team field for the upcoming Division III women's volleyball national championship tournament on Monday. Juniata will travel to the campus of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va. for the regionals this Friday through Saturday Nov. 11-13. The Eagles secured their spot with a 3-0 win over Susquehanna in the Landmark Championship on Saturday night and will be making their 36th NCAA Tournament appearance.
JC will face Meredith College of the USA South Conference. The Avenging Angels earned the program's first ever conference championship with a 3-0 win over top-seeded Averett on Saturday.
