CENTERVILLE, Mass. – Four members of the Juniata College women's volleyball team have been named to the 2013 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III South volleyball All-Star teams, the organization announced last night. Freshman Kelly Reynolds (Upper Saint Clair, Pa./Upper Saint Clair) was named Rookie of the Year and classmate Nakita Gearhart (Waynesboro, Pa./Greencastle-Antrim) was named a first-team member. Senior Amy Miller (Chesapeake, Va./Western Branch) and junior Amelia Kepler (Kane, Pa./Kane Area) both garnered second-team accolades.

The Eagles finished the year 31-5, 5-0 in Landmark Conference play, and captured the teams' seventh Landmark title and made the programs 33rd consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division III women's volleyball tournament.

This is the first ECAC All-Star honor for Reynolds, Gearhart and Miller. Kepler was named to the first-team as a sophomore in 2012. All four players were named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) First-Team All-Mid-Atlantic-Region, to which Reynolds was also named rookie of the year. The foursome was also named first-team All-Landmark. Kepler earned Landmark Player of the Year and was later named an AVCA first-team All-American.
