Bob enters his sixth season (2022) as Assistant Track Coach for Juniata's men's and women's track and field team, bringing over 20 years of coaching experience to the position. He works primarily with the hurdlers, sprinters, and triple jumpers. 

Bob coached at both high school and college levels, spending 12 years as the head track & field coach at The University of New Haven (UNH) in Connecticut. 

During his tenure at UNH, his teams finished in the top ten in New England competing against all NCAA divisions. He coach six event champions and three of his sprinters broke conference records including an NCAA D1 indoor record. 

Bob received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Southern Connecticut State University where he competed in both football and track. He held records in the high hurdles and sprint relay and was team captain in his senior year. 

Bob has been inducted into the UNH Hall of Fame in 2002, The New Haven Gridiron Hall of Fame in 2015 and the Hamden High School Hall of Fame in 2017.
