CARLISLE, Pa. – The Juniata women's track & field finished fourth out of eight teams on Sunday at the DuCharme Invitational hosted by Dickinson College.
Kylie Orndorf (Milheim, Pa. / Penns Valley) claimed the top spot for the Eagles finishing second in the shot put. She marked 10.46m.
In the mile run, Yanibel Collado (Freeport, N.Y. / Milton Hershey) finished fourth (5:35.44) while Abbie Echard (Harrisburg, Pa. / Central Dauphin) finished 10th (5:51.17). In the 800m run, Grace Alexander (Mifflinburg, Pa. / Mifflinburg) finished fourth clocking in at 2:30.32.
In the 400m run, Caitlyn Gasmen (Bridgewater, N.J. / Bridgewater-Raritan) came in with a time of 1:14.53 placing her ninth in the event. In the 3000m run, Alli Goulden (Wharton, N.J. / Morris Knolls) placed 16th with a time of 12:36.40.
Sabrina Kelly (Gilberstville, Pa. / Boyertown Area HS) finished 10th in the 55m run coming in with a time of 8.86. In the 200m run, Kelly came in with a time of 34.64.
Juniata returns to the track Saturday, February 16th. They will compete at the Susquehanna Invitational.
