SELINSGROVE, Pa.- The Juniata women's tennis team fell, 7-2 against the River Hawks, Saturday.
Jamie Mahigel (Lewistown, Pa. / Mifflin County) and Emma Kramer (Chalfont, Pa. / Pennridge) fell, 8-2 at first doubles, Kady Lohr (Shanksville, Pa. / -) and Emily Sarro (Woodside, Pa. / Dallastown) picked up an 8-4 win at second doubles, and Marilyn Ogof (Lake Ariel, Pa. / -) and Courtney Eller (Colver, Pa. / Central Cambria) fell, 8-0 at third doubles.
After doubles play, Susquehanna was leading, 2-1.
Mahigel fell, 6-0, 6-0 at first singles. Lohr picked up her second win of the day at second singles. Lohr won, 6-1, 6-1. Sarro fell, 6-2, 6-0 at third singles and Kramer fell, 6-3, 6-2 at fourth singles. Ogof fell, 6-1, 6-1 at fifth singles and Eller fell, 6-0, 6-1 at sixth singles.
Women's tennis will travel to Scranton tomorrow for their final regular-season match at 2 PM.
