HUNTINGDON, PA – The Juniata women's tennis team (8-5, 2-2 Landmark) fell 2-7 to Elizabethtown College (8-2, 2-0 Landmark) Monday afternoon at the Raffensperger Tennis Courts. 

The doubles matches were hard fought battles but the Eagles fell short and Elizabethtown took an early 2-1 lead. Mitsuki Koh (Cupertino, CA / Monta Vista) and Tori Gray (York, PA / Central York) won their set for Juniata 8-6 against Lauren Berry and Taylor Helsel.

The Blue Jays carried their momentum into the singles competition, winning all but one. Samantha Hendricks (McVeytown, PA / Mifflin County) won her sets 6-1, 6-0.
