OBERLIN, OH – A day after competing in the doubles portion of the Oberlin Invitational, the Juniata women's tennis team competed in singles play earlier today.
Juniata won two of fourteen matches with Rachel Yurchisin (Cleveland, OH/Padua Franciscan) defeating Oberlin's Ariana Abayomi (6-3, 6-4) in round two and Cara Stough (Friendsville, MD/Northern Garrett) defeating Allegheny's Stephanie Vail (6-3, 6-2).
The Eagles will next compete on Saturday the 20th in the ITA Regional, match times TBA.
