HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Juniata College women's tennis team kept its post-season hopes alive with a 9-0 win over Landmark Conference opponent Drew University. The Eagles improve to 10-4 on the year and 2-3 in league matches.

In the final regular season home match of her career, senior Megan Phillips (Jefferson Hills, Pa. / Thomas Jefferson) earned the most dominant singles win of the day, taking the No. 2 position 6-0, 6-1. She improves to 3-2 in league matches with the win and extends her singles win-streak to four. Phillips paired up with junior Heather Waring (San Antonio, Tx. / John Jay) to take No. 1 doubles 8-2 for 15 win of the season.

The No. 2 doubles pairing of sophomores Mitsuki Koh (Cupertino, Calif. / Monta Vista) and Tori Gray (York, Pa. / Central York) won their fourth match in a row and 12^th of the year. Gray claimed her fourth consecutive singles match while Koh grabbed her third. The final doubles pair of freshman Rachel Yurchisin (Cleveland, OH / Padua Franciscan) and junior Cara Stough (Friendsville, Md. / Northern Garrett) won their first match together 8-1.

Yurchisin blanked No. 2 singles in the first set 6-0 before closing out her match with a 6-1 win for the straight sets sweep. Sophomore Jacklyn Renninger (Manheim, Pa. / Manheim Central) earned the final win of the day for the Eagles, taking the No. 6 singles position for her 10^th win of the season.

Juniata will travel to Messiah College Tuesday, April 15, before the final Landmark match of the regular season at Goucher College Thursday, April 17.
