BALTIMORE, Md.- The Juniata women's swimming team opened the 2024 Landmark Conference Swimming and Diving Championships with the 200-yard medley relay and the 800-yard freestyle relay on Thursday evening. 

Maegan Jordan, Amanda Puza, Manali Misra, and Emma Mumau competed in the 800-yard freestyle relay, earning seventh place with a time of 9:07.90.  

Kara Mette, Mumau, Kristen Miller, and Grace Finch competed in the 200-yard medley relay, although their time was disallowed.  

Juniata ended day one in a tie for eighth place with 24 points through the first two events. 

The Eagles return to competition tomorrow with Eagles set to compete in the 400-yard medley relay, 500-yard freestyle, 200-yard IM, and 50-yard freestyle.
