Women’s Swimming Opens Season in Millersville

Millersville, Pa., Women's swimming kicked off its season by competing in 11 events at the Millersville Relay Carnival. The team finished third overall in the women's rankings.

Juniata came in fourth in the 400 freestyle, 300 yard butterfly, 300 yard relay, 200 yard freestyle, backstroke, 400 yard medley, 800 yard freestyle, and the1500 freestyle relays. The Eagles came in third in the 300 yard freestyle, the 400 yard medley, and the 8x25 IM T-shirt relay.

The team will continue its season on the 20th, competing against Penn State Altoona and Mansfield University at home. The meet is scheduled to start at 6 pm.
