SWARTHMORE, Pa. - After 10 events Friday night, the Juniata women's swimming team sits in third place at the 2012 Swarthmore Invitational. Juniata finished day one with 122 points, trailing first place Rowan (366) and second place Swarthmore (215).

The Eagles relay teams continued to shine. The 200 freestyle relay team finished second just 0.44 seconds ahead of host Swarthmore.at 1:45.53. Juniata also finished third in the 400 medley relay with a time of 4:22.00.

The meet includes teams from Rowan University, Swarthmore College, Cabrini College, Lycoming College and Ocean County College and will continue tomorrow, Saturday, Dec. 1 at 9:30 a.m.
