Women's Soccer Tabbed Eighth in Landmark Preseason Poll

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata women's soccer team was selected eighth in this season's Landmark Conference preseason poll.

Scranton was selected first and received six first place votes while Susquehanna was second with two first place votes. Catholic slots in third while Moravian is fourth.

This season the Eagles will be returning three seniors, three juniors, and nine sophomores while bringing in six freshman. Seniors, Brooke Rotheram (Harrisburg, Pa. / Central Dauphin East), Bridget Shea (Garden City, N.Y. / Garden City), and Alexis Ulrich (Middlebury, Pa. / Middletown Area HS) will look to lead the Eagles. Rotheram started in 17 games, Shea appeared in two, and Ulrich started in 17. 

The Eagles kick off their season on the road at Muhlenberg, Friday, August 30th at 5:00pm.
