HAGERSTOWN, Md.- The Juniata women's golf team made their spring debut in Hagerstown at Black Rock Golf Course in the Cardinal Spring Classic hosted by Catholic as Lily Stewart sank a hole-in-one in the seventh hole.
Sofia Amoroso turned in an 88 in cold and windy conditions. Lily Stewart provided one of the best moments in program history with a hole-in-one on hole seven. She capped off her first career hole-in-one shooting 111. Samantha Hall made her collegiate debut, shooting 142 in her first round. Sandy Milby battled through the wind and shot 122 down in Hagerstown. Kylee Marshall completed the day by shooting 138. The team finished by shooting 459.
The Eagles will return to Black Rock tomorrow to complete the second round of the Cardinal Spring Classic.
