HUMMELS WHARF, PA.- The Juniata women's golf team traveled to the Susquehanna Valley Country Club, where Sofia Amoroso (West Chester, Pa. / West Chester East) took first against Susquehanna University. 

The Eagles fell, 377-414 against Susquehanna. 

Amoroso took first place with a score of 87, Claire Alfree (Mercersburg, Pa. / James Buchanan HS) finished sixth with a score of 107, Alexis Zazvrskey (Northern Cambria, Pa. / Bishop Carroll HS) finished seventh with a score of 108, and Ellie Miller (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Mechanicsburg) tied for seventh with a score of 112. 

The women's golf team will close out their season on April 17th as they compete in the Landmark Championship hosted by Drew.
