Women's Golf Sits in Seventh after Day One of Landmark Championships

BRANCHBURG, N.J.- The Juniata women's golf team currently sits in seventh place in Landmark Championships hosted by Drew University. After round one the Eagles have a total of 462.

In round one, Alexis Zazvrskey (Northern Cambria, Pa. / Bishop Carroll HS) placed 26th with a score of 110, Emily Dowler (Rochester, N.Y. / Brighton) tied for 29th with a score of 113, Ellie Miller (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Mechanicsburg) tied for 31st with a score of 118, Claire Alfree (Mercersburg, Pa. / James Buchanan HS) tied for 33rd with a score of 121, and Demma Franklin (Lewistown, Pa. / Mifflin County HS) tied for 33rd with a score of 121. 

The current seedings are as follows; Drew (366), Catholic (387), Goucher (388), Susquehanna (402), Scranton (405), Marywood (421), Juniata (462), and Elizabethtown (533). 

The Eagles will finish up Landmark Championships tomorrow starting at 11:00AM.
