ALTOONA, Pa.- The Juniata women's golf team placed third at the Penn State Altoona Invite, Saturday afternoon.
Claire Alfree (Mercersburg, Pa. / James Buchanan HS) tied for 11th with a score of 100, Emily Dowler (Rochester, N.Y. / Brighton) placed 15th with a score of 107, and Sarah Sotelo (Fairfax, Va. / Paul VI) tied for 16th with a score of 113. Ellie Miller (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Mechanicsburg) tied for 16th with a score of 113 and Demma Franklin (Lewistown, Pa. / Mifflin County HS) placed 19th with a score of 117.
The Eagles return to action tomorrow, September 16th as they participate in the Mount Aloysius Invite.
