TOWSON, Md.- The Juniata softball team was selected fourth in this year's preseason poll.
Moravian takes the top spot in the preseason poll as they are seated first with 60 points, behind them is Susquhanna (43), Catholic (36), Juniata (21), Scranton (19), Elizabethtown (9), and then Drew with eight points.
After making its first tournament appearance in four years, the Eagles are poised to make another strong run this year. The Eagles welcome back Alyssa Shedlock, who was the first Eagle freshman to be named Landmark Rookie of the Year since Juniata joined the conference in 2007. Joining her are Kerigan Ammerman and Abby Ebright, both All-Conference selections a year ago.
