HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata softball team had five student athletes named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) for the 2016-17 academic year.
1,825 Division III athletes were recognized, among them at Juniata were Allie Baney (State College, Pa./ State College Area), Jennifer Carthew (New Paris, Pa./ Chestnut-Ridge HS), Alicia Regnault (Bridgewater, N.J./ Bridgewater Raritan), Brooke Ridenour (Thurmont, Md./ Catoctin), and Sarah Sotelo (Fairfax, Va./ Paul VI Catholic HS). Drew, Elizabethtown, Moravian, and Susquehanna also had athletes recognized.
