In 106 at-bats, Bettinger had 35 hits, 10 runs scored, five doubles, five homeruns, and 22 runs batted in. She led Juniata in homeruns and was tied for third in the Landmark. In conference play, Bettinger hit .407, which ranked ninth, and her three homers were tied for second. Her .981 fielding percentage was best among starting infielders on the team.

Bettinger had 11 multiple hit games. She was named the Landmark Player of the Week for April 11 as she went a combined 7-for-14 (.500) in four games for JC and had three extra base hits while slugging 1.000. She scored three runs and batted in seven. Bettinger had three RBI in Juniata wins over Wilson and Elizabethtown. In the E-town series, she was 3-for-6 with two home runs and four RBI.
