Men's Cross Country Takes Second at Landmark Championships

LEBANON, Pa.- The Juniata men's cross country team placed second at the Landmark Championship, Saturday morning at Union Canel Tunnel Park. The Eagles totaled 45 points.

Leading the Eagles with a third place finished, Evan Ulrich (Homer, N.Y. / Homer Senior High) coming in with a time of 26:11.15. Peter D'Amico (Hummelstown, Pa. / Hershey HS) finished 7th with a time of 26:35.40, Vinnie Caroselli (Upland, Pa. / Milton Hershey) finished 9th with a time of 26:41.06, and Alexander Jones (Burlington, N.J. / Burlington Township) finished 11th with a time of 26:47.50. Desmond O'Donovan (Philadelphia, Pa. / Science Leadership Academy) finished 15th with a time of 27:08.78, Evan MacMullin (Haverhill, Mass. / St. John's Prep) finished 27th with a time of 27:56.73, and Andy Meci (Woodstock, N.Y. / Onteora) finished 34th with a time of 28:20.36. Steven Glodek (Amberton, Pa. / Fannet-Metal) finished 62nd with a time of 30:22.62 and Thomas Cope (Fogelsville, Pa. / Allentown Central Catholic) finished 69th with a time of 31:51.77. 

Ulrich and D'Amico were named to the Landmark All-Conference first team, while Caroselli and Jones were named to the Landmark All-Conference second team.
