Men’s Cross Country Finishes Fifth at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational

CARLISLE, Pa.- The Juniata men's cross country team placed fifth overall with a total of 158 points at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational, Saturday.

In the men's 8,000, Evan Ulrich (Homer, N.Y./ Homer Senior High) finished 13th (26:36.6), Kevin Schofield (Mason, Conn./ Daniel Hand High School) finished 19th (26:57.8), Peter D'Amico (Hummelstown, Pa./ Hershey HS) finished 25th (27:10.5), and Desmond O'Donovan (Philadelphia, Pa./ Science Leadership Academy) finished 27th (27:11.4).

In the men's 4,000, Vinnie Caroselli (Upland, Pa./ Milton Hershey) finished 27th (13:04.4), Alexander Jones (Burlington, N.J./ Burlington Township) finished 34th (13:14.1), Ben Martin (New Holland, Pa./ Garden Spot) finished 40th (13:27.9), Lucas Simpson (Silver Spring, Md./ Albert Einstein) finished 44th (13:32.3), and Perry Willig (Redwood City, Calif./ Bellarmine High School) finished 66th (14:21.1).

The Eagles return to action October 14th at the Leopard Invitational at Lafayette.
