BUTLER, PA – The Juniata men's cross-country team competed at the Mack Cooper Invitational at Slippery Rock University on Saturday. The team placed 7^th and was led by Conor Dimond (Summerhill, PA / Forest Hills). Dimond placed 30^th with a time of 27:48.5.

Nick Simpson (Silver Spring, MD / Albert Einstein) finished the race in 32^nd place with a time of 27:49.8. Jacob Krott (Temple, PA / Mulenburg) ran a time of 28:38.8, placing 44^th, and was followed by Kevin Schofield (Madison, CT / Daniel Hand) in 47^th place. Eric Savarese (Oley, PA / Oley Valley) placed 51^st with a time of 29:02.8.

The team will compete again on Oct. 17 at Lafayette University.
