HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata men's volleyball team was tabbed fourth in the Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) preseason poll.
Juniata was the only other team to receive a first-place vote from the coaches and totaled 104 points. The Eagles went 19-13 last year and return 12 players including All-American and CVC Player of the Year Quinn Peterson (Las Vegas, Nev. / Shadow Ridge). Peterson, a senior, finished with 451 kills and 59 blocks to power the Eagles attack. Peterson was also recently named a 2019 DIII Preseason All-American by Off the Block. Middle Blocker, David Hibner (Burke, Va. / Lake Braddock Secondary) was third in the conference with 104 blocks and returns to provide the net defense for Juniata.
