Peterson Named CVC Player of the Year and Selected to the All-Conference First Team

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- Juniata College men's volleyball standout Quinn Peterson (Las Vegas, Nev. / Shadow Ridge) was named CVC Player of the Year and made the All-Conference First Team.

The junior outside has appeared in all 32 matches for the Eagles and has played in 113 sets. On the season he has totaled 451 kills which ranks first in the CVC, averaging 3.99 per set which ranks third in the CVC. He has recorded 32 service aces and 168 digs. Peterson has also tallied 59 total blocks this season. Peterson is ranked fifth in the NCAA in kills per set with 4.04. He is also ranked 10th in the NCAA in attacks per set with 8.88. 

Peterson is the second CVC Player of the Year in Juniata men's volleyball history. This will be Peterson's second year in a row to be named to the CVC All-Conference Team. Peterson is also a two time CVC Player of the Week.
