Proleine Pierre is in her first season as an assistant coach for men's and women's track and field at Juniata College.

Pierre spent the past fall as an assistant track and field coach and operations intern at Maryville University. In this role, she gained experience coaching in all event disciplines, maintained the team's communications via social media and email newsletters, and oversaw fundraising and budgeting. She developed and executed the Saints' workout plans this fall and winter, while other responsibilities included travel logistics management, academic check-ins, equipment management, recruitment, and maintaining the team's performance spreadsheet.

She's also served as a graduate assistant residence director and coordinator of student life at her alma mater, Missouri Baptist University, for the past year, while she's also had stints as a graduate assistant intramural sports coordinator and athletics event staff at the university.

In her final semester at Missouri Baptist, Pierre was a team manager for the track and field team, while she was also a university ambassador for the admissions department in her last two years as an undergraduate.

Pierre was a decorated sprinter at both Missouri Baptist University and Highland Community College. At Missouri Baptist, she was on a three-season team for the Spartans and an NAIA Indoor National Qualifier in the 60 meters in 2019, while she finished in second place in both the 60-meter and 200-meter at that year's AMC Indoor Conference Championship. She was a Third Team All-Conference outdoor track athlete in three events during her time there and earned the AMC Champion of Character Award in 2021.

At Highland Community College, she was a 2018 NJCAA All-American, an NJCAA national qualifier in the 60-meter and 400-meter leg of distance medley, and First-Team All KJCCC for three events that season. In 2017, she qualified for four NJCAA national championship events and was KJCCC First Team All-Conference for three indoor events, including the 60-meter, 200-meter, and 4x400-meter. She holds the school record for both the 55 meters and 60 meters, while she's part of the team that holds the school's distance medley relay record.

She was a member of the Bahamas National Junior Track Team in three years prior to competing collegiately.

Pierre earned a Master of Science in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist in 2023, while she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Coaching from Missouri Baptist in 2021. She earned her Associate of Science in Athletic Training from Highland Community College in 2018.

She holds a USATF Level 1 Track and Field certification.
