Men's Track And Field Competes on Day One of Landmark Championships

TOWSON, Md.- The Juniata men's track and field team is tied for sixth after day one of the Landmark Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Saturday.  

Desmond O'Donovan (Philadelphia, Pa. / Science Leadership Academy) finished third in the 10000m with a time of 33:19.28. Andy Meci (Woodstock, N.Y. / Onteora) took ninth in the 1500m while Evan Ulrich (Homer, N.Y. / Homer) was 12th(4:11.29). Brenden Gardner (Muncy, Pa. / Hughesville) qualified for the finals in the 110m hurdles with a time of 16.47.  

Thayer Phillips (Cuddy, Pa. / South Fayette) took 11thin the discus with a throw of 33.65m while Daulton Snyder (New Oxford, Pa. / New Oxford) was 11thin the long jump with a jump of 5.59m.
