Men's Track and Field Slotted Fifth in Preseason Poll

TOWSON, Md.- The Juniata men's indoor track and field team was selected to finish fifth in this year's Landmark preseason poll.

Juniata finished one point behind Catholic, while Susquehanna is tabbed third with 32 points. Elizabethtown and Moravian take the top two spots with 45 points and 60 points, respectively. 

The Eagles are returning four Landmark all-conference second teamers. Sophomore, Brenden Gardner (Muncy, Pa. / Hughesville) placed second with a personal record in the 60 meter hurdles. Peter D'Amico (Hummelstown, Pa. / Hershey), Andy Meci (Woodstock, N.Y. / Onteora), and Desmond O'Donovan (Philadelphia, Pa. / Science Leadership Academy) were a part of the Eagles second place distance medley relay. 

The Eagles start off their season today. They will travel to Susquehanna for the River Hawks Opener.
