2017-18: Landmark All-Conference second team...finished 6th in the 200m dash at the Susquehanna Orange & Maroon Classic...placed 2nd in the high jump (1.83m) at the Susquehanna Invitational...placed 2nd in the high jump and 9th in the 400m dash at Landmark Championships...Outdoor- placed 8th in the 200m dash (23.87) at the Ship Mid-Week Invite...placed 3rd in the high jump (1.83m) at Landmark Championships.
2016-17: Tied for second place in the high jump (1.88m) at the River Hawks Opener...placed second in the distance medley relay at Landmark Championships earning a place in the Juniata record book and an All-Conference selection...For outdoor track, placed third in the 4x400m relay and third in the high jump at Landmark Championships.
2015-16: Indoor - Fridinger gained a 5th place spot in the Juniata Indoor Record books in the 400m, running a time of 54.15 on 2/20/2016 at the Susquehanna Open... tied for second in the record books in the high jump, clearing a height of 1.88m on 2/27/2016 at the Landmark Championship at Susquehanna.

High School: Fridinger was a two-sport athlete his entire high school career.. he earned four varsity letters as a sprinter/jumper on the track and field team and picked up three varsity letters with his time on the football team.. he was named all-conference second team as a wide receiver and first team safety.. Fridinger was also named all-county first team as a safety
