Robinson Sets Program Record at Bucknell

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Juniata men's track & field team traveled to Bucknell University to compete in the Bison Open. Senior Connor Robinson (Asheville, N.C./Asheville) broke the school record in the 500 meter run, which was previously set by Timothy Breya in 2008. Robinson crossed the line in 1:10.51, to finish tenth overall.

 

Freshman Reese Marrero (Austin, Texas/Westlake) was the only other top 15 finisher at the meet. Marrero finished 15th in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:47.97.

 

The Eagles next at Susquehanna University in the Crusader Classic on Saturday, Feb. 8.
