Men’s Tennis Takes Down Messiah

MECHANICSBURG, PA- The men's tennis team faced Messiah in a non-conference match on Tuesday afternoon. The Eagles took down the Falcons with ease as they won 8-1.

 

Dean Polisena (Adelaide, Australia / Saint Ignatius) took the win in first singles with a 6-1, 6-1 triumph over Mike Brookhart. Sho Sato (Shiga, Japan / Kansai Gaidai University) was the clinching win for the Eagles as he claimed a 6-3, 6-1 victory against Devin Esch at fourth singles. Bryan Gregory's (Glen Mills, PA/Garnet Valley) match at third singles went to a super tie-breaker and Gregory came out as the victor with a 3-6, 6-1, 10-4 decision over Pete Sltuck.

 

The Eagles will host Scranton this coming Saturday in Landmark Conference play. Match time will be at 12 p.m.
