DALLAS, Pa.- The Juniata men's swimming team wrapped up the Cougar Splash at Misericordia University with a pair of sessions on Saturday.
Jay Gajiwala opened the day for the men in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing in 14th place with a time of 2:23.84.
Isaac March next logged a 100-yard break stroke time, clocking in at 1:25.74 in 17th place.
Matthew Tiernan wrapped up the morning for Juniata in the 100-yard backstroke, finishing with a time of 1:11.77 for 16th place.
All three logged one time in the afternoon session with the 100-yard freestyle. Tiernan had Juniata's best time, a 1:01.65, to earn 24th. Gajiwala was 25th with a time of 1:01.67, while March clocked in at 1:02.10, one spot back.
The men's swimming team will return to competition following the winter break with a tri-meet on Saturday, January 13th hosted by Lebanon Valley College and featuring Stevenson University.
